Worriken is located in the heart of the Belgian Eifel, just a stone’s throw from the High Fens Nature Park – one of Belgium’s most famous natural landscapes.
The world-famous Formula 1 circuit of Spa-Francorchamps is only about 25 minutes away by car. It can also easily be reached by bicycle via the RAVeL cycle network: a scenic 30 km route through varied landscapes for sportive F1 fans.

Is B&B Sporthouse a hotel?
No, B&B Sporthouse consists of 28 two bedrooms in the style of a youth hostel, whereby the cost of bed linens, hand towels and breakfast (except in the winter season) are included in the price. We do, however, offer hotel services such as daily room cleaning and 24-hour reception.

What are our check-in and check-out times?
Your room is generally ready for you to occupy it by 2:00 PM. We ask that you please have your room ready for cleaning service by 11:00 AM on the day of your check-out. But you can arrive at any time. We are happy to hold your luggage in storage. That is on your arrival and on your day of departure.
Arrivals and departures are not possible on 25/12 and 01/01.

Is check-in permitted outside the opening hours of the reception?
You may check-in outside the reception’s opening hours. Please contact our reception at least one day in advance for this in order to make the best possible arrangements.

Are there hand towels and bed linens in the room?
Yes, bed linens and hand towels are both provided in our B&B Sporthouse rooms. Towels can be exchanged after two nights for guest staying longer for periods.

Are house pets allowed in the B&B Sporthouse rooms?
No. However, if you wish to spend your holiday here with your pet, we offer the option of booking accommodations in one of our holiday homes or in our campsite which are located near the B&B Sporthouse.

Is smoking permitted in the B&B Sporthouse rooms?
No. Smoking is not permitted in B&B Sporthouse. For smokers, we recommend our smoking chalets.

Can I store my bike securely?
Yes, as a Bed & Bike certified establishment, we offer the possibility of storing your bicycle securely on our premises upon request.

Is it possible to order and extra bed?
We offer baby beds for children up to 3 years of age. These are available at reception upon request.

Which forms of payment do you accept?
The current deposit and payment terms apply (see section 8 of our general terms and conditions of sale). Once the booking has been made, you will receive the relevant invoice.
Depending on the type of booking, the following terms apply:
Up to 9 units:
– Standard rate: the total amount is due upon booking
– Flexible rate: no deposit required; payment is made on arrival
10 units or more:
– 30% deposit on the booked units
– Balance to be paid after the stay
Worriken reserves the right to cancel bookings if payment is not received within the specified time frame.
For last-minute bookings, payment can be made on arrival by credit card, debit card or cash. -
Should I make my booking via a portal or directly with reception?
It is always better to book with us directly. You won’t pay the commission.

Can I cancel a booking?
For bookings of up to 9 units, the following conditions apply:
- Standard rate: unfortunately, this option does not allow you to cancel or change your booking.
- Flexible rate: you may cancel or change your booking free of charge up to 3 days before arrival. If you cancel within 3 days of arrival or fail to show up, the full cost of your stay will be charged.
For bookings of 10 units or more, the following conditions apply:
- Up to 31 days before the stay: free cancellation
- 30 to 8 days before the stay: 80% of the units booked will be charged.
- From 7 days before the stay: 100% of the units booked will be charged.
