Your holiday home is generally ready for you to occupy it by 3:30 PM. We ask that you please have your holiday home ready for acceptance by 10:30 AM on the day of your check-out. But you can arrive any time. We are happy to hold your luggage in storage. That’s on your arrival and on your day of departure.

Arrivals and departures are not possible on 25/12 and 01/01.

Our hours of operation vary depending on the season and occupancy.

You may check-in outside the reception’s hours of operation. Please contact our reception at least one day in advance for this in order to make the best possible arrangements.

No, an oven is not available in the chalet.

Yes, up to 2 house pets are generally permitted per holiday home. They must be registered at reception in advance. There will be an additional fee charged for each house pet.

In Belgium, dogs have to be kept on a leash. Every guest has to take care that this obligation is fulfilled, that dog turds are removed and that other guests are not disturbed.

Furthermore, we oblige pet owners to be able to present a vaccination certificate for the respective animal upon request.

2 rolls are provided on your arrival. If you require more, we ask that you obtain it yourself.

You may borrow bed linens at reception for an additional charge. Hand towels are not available.

Smoking is permitted only in specific chalets. Please inquire at reception.

We offer baby beds for children up to 3 years of age. These are available at reception.

In the case of reservations for one night, the two-night rate will be charged.

Payment is to be made in advance. After booking, you will receive a bill as well as the reservation form which is to be signed and returned. In the case of short notice bookings, payment may be made on site by means of credit card, debit card or cash.

It is always best to book with us directly. That is much simpler and a savings in time and money.

You can cancel the trip at any time before the start of the trip; this should be done in written form in your interest. In case of cancellation, the following provisions apply:

• Up to 30 days before arrival you can cancel or rebook free of charge.
• In case of cancellation up to 14 days before arrival, we will charge you 50% of the total amount. (period 29 days – 14 days before arrival)
• In case of cancellation up to 7 days before arrival we will charge you 100% of the total amount. (Period 13 days – arrival)

Yes, barbecuing is allowed.

• You may bring your own charcoal grill, as long as it is freestanding and placed at the outer edge of the terrace.
• For safety reasons, fire pits and open fires are strictly prohibited, as they pose a high fire risk.
• Disposable grills are available at reception for €7.

No, it is not permitted to light campfires in front of the holiday homes. You may only light a barbecue in your own barbecue equipment at a safe distance from the holiday home. Around the lake and in the neighbouring forest, the lighting of campfires of any kind, fires for barbecues and fires on barbecue equipment brought along is prohibited according to police regulations.

Only pavilions or folding tents without side tarpaulins, with a maximum size of 3 x 3 metres, which serve as sun protection, are permitted.
