Renovation of the Mercator à la carte restaurant and Marco Polo group restaurant
Between mid-November 2026 and the end of March 2027, renovation work will take place in our restaurant facilities. As a result, the Mercator restaurant will be closed for regular restaurant service from 16 November 2026 until the end of March 2027. Catering for our overnight guests and groups will continue during this period.
Catering for our overnight guests
During this period, we offer our overnight guests the following meals:
- 16–26 November: breakfast and dinner
- 27 November–17 December: breakfast only
- 18 December–31 March 2027: breakfast and dinner
Catering for schools and associations
During the period from 16 November 2026 to 5 January 2027, schools and associations will have their meals at the Mercator Restaurant rather than the Marco Polo Restaurant.
